Minga London's first ever 'IRL' event: a 4-day popup store in Shoreditch, December 2025. The project began in October, leading the spatial design of the store to match Minga's online identity. Sourcing all the elements in collaboration with the production team. In November I transitioned focus to online/offline activations; overseeing community outreach strategies to incorporate London's consumers & influencers into the store DNA. I brought in a drink sponsor & managed all artist comms across music, fashion, & nightlife. In December I worked with Minga retail staff & influencers to create in-store content, manage VIP PR, and events. â€‹
